Thank you for your reply, I appreciate what you have said with regards to the addition of ice causing the glass to break, had I known this I would have indeed bought the ones you have suggested BUT it does not say anywhere in the glass description that the addition of ice can indeed cause the glass to break. I would expect this to be made clear on the glass description etc so nobody would make the very costly mistake I have!! A very disappointing response to my correspondence and unfortunately I won't be recommending your product and will not be leaving a favorable review!

I'm very sorry to hear that your Norlan Whisky Glass broke after the addition of ice. These glasses were developed with the intention of enjoying whisky neat. Because the inner bowl is blown quite thin, the addition of ice can indeed cause it to break. For this reason, and because of the black exterior coating, we say that ice cubes should not be added to the glass.
